Who We Are

About FW Event

As an expert event coordinator I am sharing my event marketing resources and online services to help nonprofits and small businesses discover how to best use events and online marketing to connect with customers, drive traffic, generate awareness and increase donations and sales.

My mission is to help you easily plan, collaborate and promote your business and events by helping you navigate the constantly changing marketing world.

More About the Programs

I have worked with over 77 nonprofits in the last few years helping them promote their events and bring awareness to their agencies.

A year ago I developed FW Event website so agencies had a quick  resource to find other opportunities to help them promote their event or raise funds for their group.

The site provides a list of  upcoming events for the public and I give  agencies a free web page (with bells and whistles) to promote their next event.

There is also a list of area businesses that offer opportunities to cross-promote, including a chance to use the window display at the Glenbrook Square.

Newly Added

FW Workshop – online tools to help you plan and collaborate with event team and vendors online.  From task list to storing files, our workshop allows your team to collaborate instantly on easy to use spreadsheets and keeps everything organized in one place.  Task  list include: Event Management, Email Marketing, Website Management, and Content Marketing for blogs and social media.  Templates and customization available for small fee.

Event Website Templates – An event website is the cornerstone to any event your planning or planning to participate in.  It makes or (or lack of using one) can break the attendance of your event. I offer six different types of event website templates that you can customize or we can do for you.  They are inexpensive and easy to add your own colors, logo and content.
